The Cortney's have owned a lovely home in the Bonnie Brae / Cory Merrill neighborhood and have grown fond of the location.  Although, the existing home they are in is not large enough for an expanding family.  So they have decided to keep the location and build a new home that will better meet their future family needs.  Watch as their new dream home comes alive.
