The Ryan Homes' team consists of husband and wife, Chris and Amy Sublette, Greg Krom and Krissy Keating. All individuals bring a wealth of knowledge to the table with their diverse backgrounds.

Chris and Amy have been building custom homes in the Colorado market since 1997. Chris and Amy, their partners, and the experienced management team at Ryan Homes are all college educated professionals focused on client satisfaction. Chris Sublette, President of Ryan Homes, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Kansas State University. Amy Sublette, Vice President of Ryan Homes, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Kansas State University. Their innovative concepts and accountable style of building have won many over who have conducted a builder search. Ryan Homes' has been chosen time and time again to be the homeowner's preferred builder because they offer an honest open book policy, innovative services for a fair market value. Ryan Homes has completed more than 60 custom homes in exclusive custom neighborhoods such as, Bell Mountain Ranch, Keene Ranch, The Timbers, Plum Creek, Whisper Canyon, Perry Park, Bonnie Brae and Cory Merill.

Greg Krom, Vice President of Construction, has been with the Ryan Homes' team for 6 years. His construction management degree earned from Denver University as well as his extensive hands on experience provides a valuable asset to all of our homeowners. Greg's commitment to daily on-site supervision, scheduling and plan review with subcontractors and homeowners keeps the custom home building process on schedule and accurate.

Krissy Keating, Design Consultant, earned her interior design degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. She is the lead design consultant and liaison to all clients for the material selection process.
